Malai Ka Ladoo Recipe
Malai Ka Ladoo
Ingredients:
- 300 gms Mashed Paneer
- ½ cup Condensed Milk
- ¼ tsp Yellow Food Color or Kesar (Saffron)
- Few drops Kewra Essence
- Elaichi Powder
Method:
- Put the mashed paneer in the pan.
- Add condensed milk to it.
- Stir it continuously.
- Cook on slow flame.
- When it is done more or less add the kewra essence and the yellow food color or saffron to it.
- Remove from the flame and mix it well before pouring on plate.
- After cooling it make ladoos of medium size.
- Serve it on plate by sprinkling elaichi powder on top.
