Malai Ka Ladoo Recipe


Malai Ka Ladoo

Ingredients:
  • 300 gms Mashed Paneer
  • ½ cup Condensed Milk
  • ¼ tsp Yellow Food Color or Kesar (Saffron)
  • Few drops Kewra Essence
  • Elaichi Powder
Method:
  • Put the mashed paneer in the pan.
  • Add condensed milk to it.
  • Stir it continuously.
  • Cook on slow flame.
  • When it is done more or less add the kewra essence and the yellow food color or saffron to it.
  • Remove from the flame and mix it well before pouring on plate.
  • After cooling it make ladoos of medium size.
  • Serve it on plate by sprinkling elaichi powder on top.
